Shipping Policy

At AlchemistFix, we strive to provide a seamless shipping experience for all our customers. Please read our shipping policy carefully to understand the guidelines and procedures related to shipping your orders.

Shipping Address

To ensure timely delivery, we will only ship to addresses provided in the billing address or shipment address during the purchase process. Please ensure that the provided addresses are accurate and include a reachable phone number. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes; valid and legitimate shipping addresses are required.

We cannot be held liable for undelivered or returned goods due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. In such cases, any re-delivery attempts will be subject to associated shipping charges, which will be disclosed upon requesting a second delivery attempt.

Change In Shipping Address

If you need to make changes to the shipping address, please notify us at support@alchemistfix.com within 12 hours of submitting your order. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

However, if you request a change in shipping address after 24 hours of order confirmation, you will be responsible for any associated shipping charges incurred due to the change.

Shipping Time

We strive to deliver your goods promptly. The typical delivery time ranges from 2 to 5 working days (Monday to Friday) from the date of dispatch. Deliveries are made during office hours, between 9:30 am to 6:00 pm on weekdays only.

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location, shipping method, and any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Tracking Number

Once your order is dispatched from our warehouse and picked up by our shipping partner, we will send you an email with the tracking ID for your package. You can also find the updated tracking information on your member’s account.

Tracking your shipment allows you to monitor its progress and estimated delivery date, ensuring you stay informed every step of the way.
