Is. Kee Yong Seng
Co-Founder | CEO
A blockchain hardware and mining infrastructure specialist with 10 years of experience in the industry, starting in 2015. Built a strong foundation in hardware engineering, mining solutions and ecosystem development, contributing to the growth of blockchain hardware operations across Southeast Asia.
Entered the industry in 2015, focusing on mining hardware deployment, infrastructure planning and ecosystem expansion. Certified as a Bitmain ASIC Technician in 2018, strengthening technical capability in hashboard diagnostics and repair. Completed an MBA from Alzette University in 2023, followed by certification in Financial Technology & Innovation in 2024, adding strategic and fintech expertise to his engineering background.
As Co-Founder and CEO of Alchemist Fix, leads strategic growth, partnerships and ecosystem scale-up, enabling the company to advance in ASIC repair, mining infrastructure and decentralized compute solutions.
Lee Shi Yan
Co-Founder | CTO
A senior hardware engineer with over eight years of experience in ASIC and GPU mining technology, certified by Bitmain for advanced chip-level diagnostics, hashboard repair and precision hardware engineering.
Began career in 2017 at MiningPuppets as Chief Technician, later advancing to CTO, leading engineering strategy, repair innovation, workflow optimisation and QA process development. In 2020, co-founded GPUPuppets, expanding into GPU firmware recovery, board-level engineering and mining farm technical support.
Currently drives technical direction at Alchemist Fix, establishing repair standards, infrastructure reliability and top-tier engineering consistency across all hardware services.
